Golf Geeks wants you to feel completely satisfied & secure with your purchase. As well as our 14-day trial period we also offer a 90-day warranty on all golf clubs as well as a 30-day warranty on all GPS/Rangefinder devices.

Mainstream golf manufactures offer warranty to the original buyer only meaning no warranty is transferrable to the next owner regardless of the age of the equipment. For this reason, we want to give a level of protection to all our customers by offering a warranty on the products we sell. All products are thoroughly checked & are in full working order before going on sale but unforeseen circumstances can arise and defects could appear after purchase through no fault of Golf Geeks or its customers.

90-Day Warranty on All Golf Clubs & 30-Day Warranty on Rangefinder/GPS Devices

Golf Geeks warrants that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 90 Days from the date of purchase provided that the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced or misused or otherwise damaged through the act of neglect of the consumer. Please note that grips and headcovers are not covered under the warranty cover.

Golf Geeks warrants that its GPS/Rangefinders will be in fully working condition, excluding any cosmetic defects as outlined at the time of sale, for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase provided that the equipment has not been abused, altered, opened up, defaced or misused or otherwise damaged through an act of neglect of the consumer. Golf Geeks does not warrant the battery of the product if it can be replaced i.e. on most rangefinder models. If the battery cannot be removed (as is a sealed unit) & therefore cannot be replaced then it will be covered under the 30-day warranty as the product is essentially faulty if the battery ceases to operate.

If a defect appears during the warranty period of the product and you comply with the requirements above then Golf Geeks, at its sole discretion, will either:

  • Repair the defect at Golf Geeks expense
  • Replace the defective product with a ‘like for like’ item with the customers agreement
  • Refund your initial purchase price less any reasonable depreciation due to time elapsed
